Ruby red grapefruit with subtle hints of stone fruit on the palate, our 2013 Burnside Road Mid-Day Rose was made in the traditional style.
Bright acids and a clean, crisp finish showcase its long cold fermentation using a classic Sauvignon blanc yeast.
Vinted primarily using grapes from the renowned Dry Creek Valley along with some select Russian River Pinot noir, this unique blend can be enjoyed as an aperitif or alongside causal food.
This wine not only complements light, California cuisine but also pairs well with gooey, full-flavored cheese dishes. We particularly recommend enjoying our rose with quiche, prosciutto or crusty flatbreads and blue cheese.
